When I talk with people and ask them do you know how much your prints cost you to make, most customers do not have any idea. They buy their printers from one source, purchase their supplies from another, and still have to find one more resource to have someone come out and work on the printer when it requires on-site servicing. That is up to 3 different vendors, with 3 different cost factors that go into the cost of making a print. There is a solution!! Customers can now have a fixed cost per print that consolidates their need to find the product or services into one source. Customers can choose a program that will offer: Program that covers all service costs (parts and labor) Program that covers all service and supply costs (excludes paper) Program that includes equipment upgrades as well as all service/supply costs We sit down with the customer and review their needs and come up with a quarterly print volume that will be invoiced at the start of each quarter. Then at the end of the quarter, we invoice for any overages and as scheduled will invoice for the next quarter's billing. We have installed on the network a utility software program that sends David Rodstol, Inc. an email when there is a service failure, toner is low, and meter readings of each device. This gives us as your vendor the ability to provide you the customer with the highest level of service and support. All of this is yours for one set price per print.
